회원간의 친목과 단결과 상부 상조를 도모한다.

회원들의 권익 신장과 주류사회 참여를 권장한다.

지역사회의 문화, 체육, 교육, 봉사활동을 추최, 후원, 협조를 주선한다.

한미간의 문화 교류와 상호이해를 증진한다.

본회는 비영리, 비종파, 비정치 단체로서 버지니아 주정부의 해당 규정에 따른다.

Tidewater Korean American Association Mission Statement

We promote friendship, unity, and cooperation among members.

We encourage members' empowerment and participation in the Tidewater community.

We organize, sponsor, and cooperate with local community, sports, education, and volunteer activities.

Promote cultural exchange and mutual understanding between the United States and the Republic of Korea.

TKAA is a nonprofit, nondenominational, non-political organization subject to the applicable regulations of the State of Virginia.
